One of the unique characteristics of Turkey is that it is a country where Muslims sometimes go to pray in churches and synagogues on special occasions.

The unreached people, Turks of Turkey, are nominal and Sunni Muslims. They believe in one god (Allah), and an eternal heaven and hell. But, they also practice many other ethnic beliefs.

Pray that many Turks who live abroad will be reached with the Gospel.

Pray that Turks living abroad and who are reached with the gospel, will be bold and passionate enough to take the gospel back to Turkey.

Pray against resurgence of ethnic strife (especially with the Kurds) and Islamic fundamentalism
