Actively religious communities have existed with little conflict in Tanzania (Tanganyika & Zanzibar).  Religious freedom is thought to be one of the motivating factors in Tanzania’s peaceful history.  Tanzania’s religious demography is however changing with increased internal Islam motivated conflicts with Christians.

Pray for open doors for the church to minister to Muslims in Tanzania.

Pray for a greater understanding among Tanzanian Christians about Islam and how they can share their faith with Muslims.

Pray for God’s wisdom and guidance upon people who are reaching out to Muslims in Tanzania.

Pray that many Muslims in Tanzania will accept Christ as Savior and receive the baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Pray for Muslims who come to Christ, that they will become established in the Christian faith.
