Trained and mature leaders needed to teach sound Biblical truths and. disciple believers are lacking in many churches in Tanzania.  As a result witchcraft, the occult, and superstitious spiritual practices are becoming part of even mainline churches – exposing syncretism and heresy – in both established and newly planted Christian communities. 

Pray for emphatic Biblical teaching in the Tanzanian churches that will, in turn, impact other spheres of society (i.e. poverty, witchcraft, radical Islam).

Pray for trained, mature Christian leaders who will be able to evangelize the unreached in this predominantly rural country.

Pray that the Lord will thrust out effective Bible translation teams with new vision and initiatives.

Pray for a wide door of utterance for Omega 2 Project partner missionary Olu serving in Tanzania. Thank God  for the just concluded week long training of Tanzanian Christians on the theological essentials in Christianity and Islam.

Pray and thank God for Tanzanian youth and adults who received Jesus Christ as Savior through the ministry of Olu Oxbourne and his family.
