Although Hausas are mainly in Nigerian cities of Kaduna, Kano, Jigawa, Kebbi,
Sokoto and Bauchi States, they are also found in Niger republic and along the
northern belt of West Africa. With a population of about 24million only a minority
are Christians. The Hausas remain a huge harvest field for the Nigerian Church.

Break every hold of Islam over this people group in the name of Jesus.
Pull down every stronghold and influence of Islam in the minds of this
people group.
Cast down every vain imagination in their hearts that lift themselves
against the knowledge of Jesus Christ their Saviour.
Pray that God would unveil the eyes of those of them who have heard
the gospel, so they would see and proclaim Jesus.
Ask the Lord to un-plug their ears to hear Jesus.
Pray that they will turn to God and be healed.
Pray for the few Hausa Christians for boldness to stand and declare
the gospel to their brethren.
Ask for God’s grace for their dedication and faithfulness.
Ask the Lord to thrust out more labourers for the harvest amongst the
Hausas
