We tend to forget that missionaries left their families at home to focus on God’s work in distant lands. Some of them left heavy responsibilities of provision for their elderly parents. Some even hardly can relate with their families due to certain restrictions or some security reasons.
 Pray that the whole family will joyfully serve the Lord together.
 Pray for God’s provision and care for their elderly or frail parents back home.
 Pray for the realities of being away from extended families (their own parents and siblings), and that they will be able to enjoy those links despite the distance.
