Over many centuries the devil had built a refuge of lies that give
people false confidence/assurance in Islam and the occult; bringing
their culture and world view into bondage and hardening/binding
them against the truth that is in Jesus.

Raise a cry against every refuge of lies/deception by which
the enemy has seduced individuals/communities/tribes of
Mali, the Sahel and the Maghreb.
In the name of Jesus, route out and destroy every refuge of
lies that had thrived in the land up to this moment.
In the name of Jesus, destroy and cancel all covenants with
hell and death in Mali.
Pray to God to deliver Mali of her captivity, and release Mali to
receive the mercy and grace of God that brought salvation.
Pray toGod to fortify missionaries as they engage their target
communities in Mali.
Ask God to give His grace for boldness to missionaries in
Mali, so they will declare the counsel of God and bear fruits
in abundance.
