Much of the challenge of workforce that bedevil mission work today is the inability of local Church pastors to disciple their people. Some are distracted by material things. The result is that the lives of believers are not any better than their neighbours.

Pray for the spiritual growth of pastors and pray also for their ability to teach, preach, disciple and witness.
Pray for vision and for love, and that they will have the resources they need.
Pray for Christians to be “salt and light” in their neighborhoods, society, and government, and for good relationships with those of other faiths.
