Persecution
Throughout most of the Middle East, but especially in Iraq, Christian places of worship, homes or business premises have suffered violent attacks, and Christians have been subjected to kidnappings for ransom. In extreme cases those who leave Islam face violent responses from family members.
 Pray for Iraq that those abducted will find refuge in God.
 Ask God for boldness and courage in the face of danger for believers in the Middle East.
Politically, North Korea is one of the most highly controlled societies in the world. The government has officially decided against Christianity and the Gospel. North Korea is in need of political and spiritual freedom.
 Ask God to create an unquenchable thirst for Christ within the hearts of North Korean people.
 Pray that the doors of North Korea will open to Christian missionaries to give out the living water to thirsty souls..
 Pray that laws in North Korea that restrict the preaching of the Gospel will be changed.
