Dear Convenant Partner,
The Grace and peace to you friends and partners of the end -time harvest. As you will notice in the next minute as you read this piece to the end, there is great excitement in my heart and in that of Omega 2 Project team. We stand on the threshold of seeing the prophetic agenda of God fulfilled, and that through your endless labor in prayer and seed sowing. I can never appreciate you enough for making yourself available to be used by the Master.
The month of July in the Assembly of His Excellency, Foursquare Gospel Church Asokoro was our Mission month, with the theme Engaging the Nations for which John the Elder’s Revelation writings in chapter 7:9 served as the foundation scripture.
“After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;” Revelation 7:9 KJVA
Beloved of the Lord, since the Master’s command has been clearly depicted before us, our non-involvement has dire consequences. The prophecy of John in Revelations 7:9 has not come to reality because there are many nations who are yet to be engaged with the gospel, and God is counting on you. There has to be a deliberate and conscious effort by all believers to reach the world with the Gospel in order to bring the prophetic vision to fulfilment.
Acceptance of salvation in Jesus Christ, is accepting three paradigm shifts which I will like to draw your attention to. Paul, the apostle echoed these for all believers both in the first chapter of his letter to the Romans and in all his writings. You and I:
1. Owe a debt we must pay
2. Must take up the cross and follow the Lord Jesus Christ.
3. Must commit to die, if need be.
Beloved brethren, unless we bear the suffering of Christ on our body, we cannot effectively engage the nations. How you live your life on a daily basis determines what role you play in this assignment. Many of the unreached nations of the world are resistant, unfriendly, and violent and we cannot reach them with the Goodnews of Jesus without a fight. This is the reason the Master wants us to lay down our lives for Him. Those who obey Him and are willing to lay down their lives are those who love the Lord more than their comfort. Before they could be said to have “turned the world upside down”, Paul and his team mates were also said to have “hazarded their lives for the name of the Lord Jesus” (Acts 17:6; Act. 15:25,26). Can you see the correlation? Do you love the name of Jesus Christ more than your life?
God demonstrated His great passion for humanity as He saved the lost through our altar ministry and Evangelism outreaches. As a congregation, we witnessed the power of His restoration in the lives of many members of the Assembly of His Excellency notably the recent vindication of one of our pastors whose functions were unjustly suspended for three years. The Lord graciously ended the nightmare for Pastor Mrs. Ibukun Odusote, a key Omega 2 Project partner, in July 2018. He will do the same for you.
Kindly join us in praying for the success of the up-coming Medical Missions Outreach to the Unreached Han people group in Botswana, August 27-31, 2018.
Believe God with us for all Omega 2 Project beneficiaries, that their ministry will make lasting impact in their respective communities for the Kingdom of God.
May I use this medium to specially invite you to our Classical Music Concert and Dinner in favour of front-line Missionaries on Saturday 4th August 2018 at 5.00 pm. Venue is the main sanctuary at 1902 Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, FCT and is strictly for anyone who has a valid Dinner ticket.
You can buy these subsidized tickets at N10,000 for as many as the Lord lays upon your heart. I look forward to seeing you there.
Your labor of love shall not be forgotten, beloved Covenant Partner. Heaven will remember you for your unshakable commitment to this Heavenly vision. Irrespective of how rough and bumpy your voyage is now, I pray for you that your anchor may still hold within the veil, and that you will get to shore with divine acceleration. Keep serving faithfully and let no one take your crown.
Maranatha! |

“It’s good work you’re doing, helping these travellers on their way, hospitality worthy of God himself! They set out under the banner of the Name, and get no help from unbelievers. So, they deserve any support we can give them. In providing meals and a bed, we become their companions in spreading the Truth.”

From AW
Nouakchott is the capital of our country and it is growing rapidly. It is getting more beautiful than ever before. Though, people tend to live according to their tribal leaning and so most times it is easier to say the dominant inhabitants in some of its areas, but it is largely peaceful. It is a place where most of the foreigners live and work. however, crime rate is beginning to be on the rise. Like last year we prayed about increase in crime rate in one of its areas and God heard us and it went down. We read in the daily that it actually went down, but now it has picked up again. We thank you for praying then. Can you please still pray along with us on this subject? Like the prophet Malachi said : Then those who feared the LORD spoke with one another. The LORD paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before him of those who feared the LORD and esteemed his name. “They shall be mine, says the LORD of hosts, in the day when I make up my treasured possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him. Then once more you shall see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve him. Malachi 3:16-18.
Please pray too for the book of remembrance to be opened for the handful of souls holding the plough never to look back. It is not a comfortable place to practice a life considered by most as estranged. We are in a period of electioneering campaign, it is a do or die affair to some, please let us cry to the God of peace to guide and guard the land through this period. Summer time is usually hard time, a time when you hear people complaining of lack, this is due largely to the fact that, most nongovernmental activities that do hand-outs to people have winded-down and people are on holiday. It means a time to lousy-out by the youth and adding to the unemployment rates that is continually on the rise. We are trusting God to help the family serving there since the past 10 years to keep holding on until the mind of God is accomplished concerning their being there and to provide the funding for the project-the Learning Home for the children as part of the center already going on. Please pray because we fear the Lord and we have spoken to one another on these issues and many more the Lord shall lay in your hearts for we know He will pay attention to our prayers in Jesus’ name.
From John
Dearest friends and partners, summer started with a lot of activities for his glory, more than 8 summer schools to train Leaders to go make disciples. We had more than 30 different outreaches with over 70 leaders to share the Gospel.
Please we need your prayers, so if you have some time to pray for us for:
– God to open the doors for us to speak courageously about the gospel
– Protection from burning arrows of the evil one, to be fully surrounded and protected.
– For protection of our kids (physically and psychologically).
From Bettie
Thank you for your work in the Kingdom of God. I know that many missionaries are benefitting from your support. Also your newsletters are well-done, informative and inspiring with testimonies and prayer requests. To God be all the Glory!
From Helen in Abidjan
We were blessed by the Lord, I finally finished the 2 (two) course formations that I followed: FJE (Family Young and Child) and Honor to the children. Praise God with me for the successful completion of these courses which were crowned by two (2) diplomas obtained.
Who will help us to move forward in ministry among children?
We say thank you to the Lord for the activities of the district BENI, 5 (five) children of this district decided to take part in the Sunday worship. Following visits and prayers our sick children found healing by the grace of God. Join us to bless the Lord for a young man who lived in the street that we have won to Christ. Another decided to take the literacy course, and another decided to do some small jobs at the market.
Glory be to God.
Let us also bless the Lord for my neighbor who gave herself to the Lord. One of the children I attended to was admitted to the BEPC and the others went to the upper class. But the challenge remains for the Sicogi district which has no meeting place to continue our activities for children.
The second challenge is for some of our young people who live on the streets and do not have work. For us I can say that our God has been faithful.
May the Lord bless you and grant you His grace by remembering you as He did in the life of Cornelius in Acts 10: 4

From Peris
I have continued with my class where I have the two ‘S’ girls. Their mum has become a great friend plus their other siblings. They actually allowed me to be praying in the name of Jesus. We have seen healing for the kids every time we pray. Their mum wonders why I pray as though God is so near. We have started discussing. Her husband, a former Sheikh is having another woman and she is distressed being eight months pregnant. What was God’s original plan for marriage is what am praying about explaining to her! Plus Allah allows men to quench their lust with other women as long as they are not more than four at a time. I need grace to explain to her that JESUS values women and has always been clear against immorality.
We have started engaging a university in Nairobi. They have quite a number of ‘M’ students that are intentional about spreading their religion. Together with the Christian Union we want to ensure that disciples are made that can reach out to the lost around them in school. We go to the market every Thursday. We have had a chance to interact with ‘Ms’ and shared the gospel with them. Praying that the Holy Spirit will continue to pursue them!
I was able to attend a Disciple Making Movement training that equips believers to make disciples who in turn make disciples and there is a multiplication until the earth is populated with disciples making disciples among all nations.

About a week ago, an ‘O’ lady gave her life to Christ. She has been involved in prostitution for about seven years now. Her clients are Sheikhs and Imams. She was introduced to this business by a ‘S’ lady who owns a brothel. She started having dreams of Jesus appearing to her in dreams telling her that she should stop what she is doing and that He loves her. When she could not bear it anymore, she surrendered her life and is going through counseling and discipleship. Glory to God.

From Pauline
The ‘O’ tribe is unreached with over 90% ‘Ms’. The women are quite hospitable but deeply in spiritual darkness. Recently, there were terrible floods in the area and the people were misplaced. By the time I was there last week, the waters had subsided and there was a chance for the people to go back to their settlements. They said they could not go because they believe that once they left their homes, the jinn occupied the place. They needed to perform several rituals so as to go back.
Again, as I interacted with the community, I met a sick boy whose face was swollen. The community believed that he was bewitched. On looking closely I noted the boy had mumps. I had to literally force them to take the boy to the hospital.
The use of witchcraft, charms and amulets is so evident in the community. The women freely share of how they have to please Allah through the observation of cultural rituals of which most of them are far from the truth. They confessed that they worship Allah because they fear him. If they do not observe their daily practices they will be cursed or a deadly disease could be sent on them by Allah in anger.
One of the Sheikhs who teaches the Madrassa to this women, shared of a dream which he had had the previous night. He said that he and his wife were sitting in a place where there was so much darkness while their friend, a Christian, was in a place where there was extraordinary light. He said, that the Christian friend was inviting him to join him in the light and his wife too really nagged him to join the Christian friend. However, she could not because he is a ‘M’.

Introduction
Chrame is a tribal group that lives in the areas of southwest Sichuan Province, Yongning District of Ninglang County in northern Yunnan Province and other places in China.
A 1981 survey of 131 households in Muli found 52% of the marriages engaged in monogamy, 32% practiced polyandry (brothers sharing a wife), and 16% practiced polygamy (sisters sharing a husband).
All Chrame adhere to Tibetan Buddhism. It forms a major part of their ethnic and cultural identity. The Chrame inwardly long for the restoration of their kingdom and their former prestige among the other peoples of the area.

|
Ministry Obstacles
Buddhism has a great influence on Chrame people. This is because it forms a major part of their ethnic and cultural identity.
Please Pray
Pray that the light of God will shine and deliver them from the dark habitation of Buddhism. Also pray that God would deliver them from the lifestyle of polyandry
