MIDDLE EAST
Countries in the Middle East include Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman, and Yemen. Other definitions of the Middle East or the Greater Middle East include other countries, like Egypt and Turkey.
The concept of the Middle East region broadly refers to the countries situated in Western Asia and North Africa and in between. The Middle East is known for its hot and arid climate, and abundance of oil, which has contributed to the economic progress of the region and has made many of these countries very rich.
