PERSECUTION IN IVORY COAST: An unprecedented persecution is taking place in Ivory Coast. Local idol worshipers in the northern counties (Ferkessédougou) have accused Christians of offending their idols. They requested that Christians must offer sacrifices to their idols. On rejection of that request, some Christians saw their properties razed by fire, and some were severely beaten.
 Pray the Lord to strengthen the faith of the Church in this part of the Ivory Coast, and deliver His church.
 Ask for grace to allow the testing of their faith to produce the expected result of character and maturity in Christ.
 Ask Him to refresh them so that they will be enabled with greater zeal and commitment to forge ahead.
 Ask the Lord to prosper their efforts in making disciples of unreached people groups in the northern counties of Ivory Coast.
